The Brew Plan app for ChatGPT · Effective November 4, 2026
This policy explains what the The Brew Plan app does with your information when you use it in ChatGPT. The Brew Plan is a brand of The Three Good Things ("we", "us").
The short version
- We only get what you ask the app about, and we use it only to answer you.
- We don't save it, sell it, share it, show ads, or use it to track you.
- There's no account, no sign-in and no cookies.
What the app receives
When you use a tool, ChatGPT sends our server the details it needs to answer: how much coffee you want to make and with which brewer, how your last cup tasted, your answers to the Coffee Match quiz, the café drink and milk you pick, the coffee origin you ask about, and, for gift ideas, the kind of coffee lover you're shopping for and your budget.
Please don't include things the app doesn't need, like your full name, address, phone number, or account and card numbers.
How we use it
Only to work out your answer and show it to you, for example turning "two mugs of pour-over" into grams of coffee and water with a step-by-step timer. Our server keeps nothing: each request is handled, answered and then thrown away. We don't keep request logs, and we don't use your information for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
What stays on your device
A few cards remember small things for you, like recipes you save, the timer's sound setting, the coffee origins you mark as tasted and your Coffee Match answers. They're kept in the card, in your browser on your device or with that message in your ChatGPT chat, and they aren't sent to us.
Who else is involved
- OpenAI (ChatGPT). Your conversation happens in ChatGPT, which is covered by OpenAI's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare. Our server runs on Cloudflare, which carries the traffic and may briefly process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the service secure and working. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Our shop. If you open a product link, you go to our shop website (thethreegoodthings.com), which has its own privacy policy. Product links carry a tag that tells the shop the visit came from this app, so we can see which tools people find useful. The tag doesn't include anything about you.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else.
Your choices
Using the app is optional, and you can remove it from ChatGPT at any time in ChatGPT's settings. Because our server doesn't keep your information, there's nothing stored with us to view or delete. Deleting the chat in ChatGPT removes what's saved with it, and clearing your browser's site data removes what's saved in your browser. Children
The app is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how the app handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
